Used vehicles are exported in volume, with complex models, varying conditions, many export links and non-uniform operating standards in various places. In addition, customs categorization is complex, regulatory requirements are high, and some vehicles are license-managed or prohibited for export.

Based on the above, the probability of used car inspection is usually higher. Therefore, the export "documentation and customs clearance" operation for used vehicles has become a top priority.

In this project, Chengjian has demonstrated its good ability to integrate used car sources, overseas market channels, after-sales service guarantee ability and credibility.

After acquiring a vehicle in the country, it should be registered in accordance with the law for trading in second-hand vehicles.

The exterior, interior and safety performance components of the acquired vehicles are prepared to ensure that they are in perfect condition. Used vehicles to be exported must meet the relevant testing items and qualification standards, and be tested and issued with a qualified testing report by a third-party vehicle testing organization designated or recognized by the relevant departments.

With the trade contract, third-party testing reports and other materials to the region at the provincial level (including municipalities) competent departments of commerce to apply for an export license, the license should be filled in the remarks column of the vehicle identification code (VIN).

In regions where the export of second-hand vehicles is carried out, the national customs clearance integration model is applied, customs can accept the declaration procedures for the export of second-hand vehicles, and enterprises can independently choose the place of customs clearance for export and the port of exit.

Within 2 months after the customs clearance procedures for the export of used vehicles, apply for deregistration to the public security traffic control department of the place of registration of the motor vehicle with the export declaration and the supporting documents stipulated by laws and regulations. Before applying for deregistration, the road traffic safety violations and traffic accidents involving the exported vehicle should be dealt with.
