Project Background
With the large-scale practice of the "Belt and Road" initiative, China's cooperation with countries along the "Belt and Road" has become more and more in-depth, and while promoting the economic and social development of each other's countries, it also vigorously promotes "Made in China", expanding its international influence. "and expanding its international influence.
The owner of this project required a short project start-up time and a high level of technical service. After receiving the award confirmation, the client immediately organized the equipment commissioning and material preparation. The client also required that the whole door-to-door logistics time from China to the project site in Kuwait should be controlled within 2 months, or else high penalties would be incurred. The time is tight, the task is heavy, and the project execution schedule coincides with the Chinese New Year holiday, so we need to overcome various difficulties such as the dock, weather, and the Chinese New Year holiday, and finally ensure that all the shipping materials arrive at the Kuwait project site on time.

Project implementation
After receiving the task, our company cooperated with "Tianjin Haikongda Logistics Co., Ltd." and all the related parties to organize the sea transportation of materials in the first time, from January 2019, after the factory equipment successfully completed the domestic acceptance, all the related parties and the project department held many special meetings on customs clearance, land transportation, etc., to formulate the technical scheme and safety guarantee plan. Plan. We, CSCEC, gave full play to our professional ability, and finally, on February 10, the two equipments were officially shipped from Tianjin port, and on March 5, the equipments arrived at SHUAIBA port in Kuwait. Two weeks later, all 20,000m³ of cargo arrived at the project site, and at 6:00am on May 22, the drilling rig passed the layers of acceptance and testing at the Kuwaiti oil field site, and started drilling 28 days ahead of schedule. And won the owner's reward for early completion. This perfect project transportation marks that the drilling and repairing project of the client has successfully entered the high-end market of Kuwait National Petroleum!
